Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is 60p for the first metre and 50p for each additional metre to the United Kingdom via Royal Mail 1st Class
All orders will be dispatched within one working day. Royal Mail 1st Class delivery takes 1 - 3 working days.
International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Airmail or Airsure.
Privacy & Security
Billing Details
All our orders are currently proces through PayPal or Moneybookers, and your order information will be shared with them in order to process the pament. No card or bank details go through our servers and are not accessible by us.
Personal Data
You details are stored securely on our website, and are used only to process and send out your order - they are not stored on any of our computers. We do not share any of your information or details with any other third parties other than the aforementioned PayPal and Monkeybookers.
We have an optional newsletter. If you want to remove yourself from the mailing list then please follow the unsubscribe link in the email, or contact us at sales@ukfabricsonline.com. If you would like us to remove or amend your data then contact us at sales@ukfabricsonline.com .

Returns & Replacements
We can only accept returns for fauly goods, and can not be held responsible for damaged caused by misuse. We can also accept orders of unopened goods within 7 days of you receiving the item. For items that don't have packaging, they must be returned in a clean an unused state. If you wish to return an item please contact sales@ukfabricsonline.com with your order number and details.
Product Variance
Please note that the colours of the products may vary from the picture, due to variance in camera and monitor settings. In addition to this, different batches of the same fabric may have a small colour varience. We offer a sampling service to check the colour before purchasing.
Ordering
When you order you are agreeing to purchasing the products in the cart. If you wish to cancel an order after purchasing then please try to contact us before we can dispatch it.
Viewing Orders
To view current and past orders then navigate to "Account" at the top of the page. From there you can print invoices and re-order fabric.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information by navigating to "Account" at the top of the page and following the instructions there.
