2oz Technical Outdoor Nylon

A high quality 2oz nylon fabric, perfect for outdoor use and very similar to pertex. This nylon is highly technical and has the following properties:

• Ultra Lightweight: The weight of this fabric makes it suitable for outdoor jackets, sleeping bags, and water resistant linings.
• Water Resistance: Water will just flow off, keeping you dry.
• Downproof: This fabric has been calendered, selaing the material and helping to prevent stufing from seeping through puffer jackets or feather jackets .
• Windproof: Helps protect from the harsh effects of the wind. 
• Breathable: Helps prevent sweating and stops you getting too warm.
• Quickdry: Polyester dries quickly, no need for tumble dry.
• Colour Fastness 4-5: Prevents the colour from fading in the sun.
• High Washing Temperature: Can be washed in temperatures of up to 90°C, for use in sterilising. 
• Durable: This fabric is hard-wearing.
