How can I get a shipping estimate?
Once you'd added fabrics to your basket, you can click on the cart icon, then click View and Edit Cart. You will then be shown an 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' box, which will show you the available delivery options and prices.

How can I check my order status?
If you have created an account with us, you can login to your account with the account icon.
Then click 'My Orders' to view your orders and status.
If you have any problems with tracking your order please contact us with you order number to get an update.
If you did not create an account when you placed an order, you will not be able to track your own shipment. Please contact us with you order number to get an update.
Why do I have an order number and an invoice number?
You will receive a seperate order number and invoice number. The order number is related to the shipment of your order, whereas the invoice number is related to the payment of your order.
Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email, and will typically look something like 1000012345
Most customers will use the same details for both, but since some customers have seperate invoice and shipping contacts, we need to create both.
How do I alter/cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel and refund any orders which have not been dispatched.
If your order has already been dispatched, we will request that the courier return the fabric to us, and refund you as soon as we have been told the package is on it's way back to us.
If your package has been delivered to your address (even if you contacted us before it was delivered) you will need to return the fabric in order to receive a refund.
How do you pack the orders?
In most cases orders are sent folded in a plastic bag. If you would like your fabric sent unfolded on a roll, there is a shipping option available for that on the shipping page.
We cut all fabrics from the roll to order, so typically if you order 6 metres you will receive a single 6 metre length rather than six individual 1 metre lengths.
We try to ensure that as many orders as possible are sent as single lengths, but sometimes this is not possible and you may end up with 2 or more pieces.
For instance, if a customer orders 40 metres of fabric, but the fabric comes to us on 30 metre rolls, we would typically send a 30 metre length and a 10 metre length.
If you require a large amount of fabric, and a cut in the wrong place might cause you a problem, please contact us about your requirements.
How do I get an invoice?
You should have received an invoice to your invoice contact email when you placed the order. If you did not receive an invoice email, or you have lost it, please contact us with your order number or name.

Do you provide samples?
Samples are available for 99p each, with a free Royal Mail 1st Class shipping option.
These samples are 5-10cm x 5-10cm swatches intended to allow you to see the colour and feel the weight and texture of the fabric before ordering full metres.
Please note they are not intended as a smaller size option for other purposes. If the sample only shows a partial design, or is not suited for your 'testing' purposes, you will need to order a full metre.
Please note that samples are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How do I order a Sample?
There is an 'Order a Sample' button below the 'Add to Cart' button on all of the product pages. You will need to select any required product options (i.e. colour, length etc). for this to work. None of these will affect the price of the sample.

Can I return my order for a refund?
If for any reason you are happy with your order, you can return any uncut metres of fabric to the below address. Please include your order number in the package, so we will know who to refund. We will refund your package once we've received your return.

My order contains an incorrect item, a damaged item, or an item is missing. What do I do now?
If there is an issue with your order, or your fabric has been damaged in trasit, please contact us and we will try to resolve your issues as soon as possible.
