Returns and Replacements Policy
You can return any uncut metres of fabric to the below address. Please include your order number in the package, so we know who to refund

We can only accept returns for faulty or uncut and undamaged goods, and can not be held responsible for damage caused by misuse. We can also accept orders of uncut or altered fabric within 120 days of you receiving the item. For items that don't have packaging, they must be returned in a clean an unused state. If you wish to return an item please contact us, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We strongly advise customers to check the fabric for any problems before using it.
Should the customer provide us with an incorrect address; the customer will be responsible for any charges related to the shipment. Should the goods be returned to us, we will refund the order value of the goods. If the goods are not returned to us, the customer will be responsible for both the delivery cost, and the order value of any unreturned goods.
If we have not received an email about order cancellation or a return within 120 days since purchase, we will not refund the order.
If the order is takes over 30 days to arrive and we have not received an email about it being late, we will not refund or resend the order.
Shipping Method
In the UK we have a range of shipping methods available. Any packages under 2kg will be eligible for a standard 3-5 day delivery; we also have a 48 hour and 24 hour delivery option available in most cases (but please bear in mind that we do not offer same day despatch, and while most parcels do arrive in the purchased service delivery timeframe - courier delays are still possible).
Internationally, we use a standard international delivery, aiming to deliver to as many countries as possible.
If you would like your fabric on a roll, there is an option for a couriered delivery.
Shipping Time
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days (Mon-Fri).
